[General] 90% of the time the buttons in the quest-hot-list dont work

Bug description

Most of the times when youve yellow buttons to resume a dungeon, storyline or things like this, the button simply doesn't work.

Repro steps

Easiest just to start a new char and do some quests, you can notice it quickly.
