In this story about the factions, you're supposed to do several missions in the factory around the ship. After the timer starts (for the end-stage-boss) it takes just a few seconds before the complete story line just closes on you, with it you're not able to complete this or further parts in this questline.
Repro steps
Easiest, use a lvl 60 potion on a 50+ geared char and do the missions, ofc it can also be triggered through the db
