User story: A admin can setup all properties of a minimal configuration

## **As an admin I have the ability to set up all properties of a minimal yarp configuration.**

**Acceptance criteria**

- [ ] Assuming the cluster name is changed, then the clusterId in the route must also be changed and vice versa.
- [ ] All names must be 100 characters, a-z, A-Z, digits, a "-" and no spaces.
