Description of Issue

after getting the crash under control after disabling reachable planets the controller still researches the Kepler planets, but it stop researching the

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. disable reachable planets in ExtraPlanets Config
2. Log into your main world & mess around with the controller (breaking & placing it back down/clicking the arrow buttons on the left and right of the controller GUI)
