Configurable identity providers

On the profile page right now CAS is hardcoded to be displayed. This should be changed to be generated based on available identity providers and configuration of the deployment.

Profile page now shows social-auths instead of CAS (could be both if needed).

Would we rather integrate cas as a backend to python-social-auth or continue to have both separately?
