Implement passing through partial blocks

When I try to move through signs the bot gets stuck.

As MCC does not know you can pass through a sign, it does not. It is similar with half blocks. I can't work on this myself due to a lack of available time, but if someone is interested, any contribution is welcome!

@milutinke Collision boxes are handled correctly now, but the pathfinding algorithm hasn’t been adapted yet, so the issue can still occur during path planning.

baritone's view is a bit radical, but I think it's worth referring to

however, baritone will also bypass halfbricks by default. there will be some errors in the pathfinding behavior if halfbrick related options enabled

I personally don't plan on addressing this any time soon, as I have more priorities of getting the client to be as optimized as possible, being as stable as possible and refactoring the code to be more maintainable first. Then refactoring the whole protocol handling into a separate library, before attempting anything like Baritone.
If you want to help implement this issue, it would be much appreciated, as our team is small and we work ok this in our spare time.

I am currently working on an asynchronous programming refactoring of the client, my plan is the following:

1. Get the client re-factored to use the Task system and Streams for packets
2. Implement the missing protocol features/packets, and add records to support already existing ones that discard that information.
3. Fix as many bugs/issues as I can so we have the stability
4. Make the packet parsing maintainable using a Codec system and separate records for all, instead of having a big switch single file (ProtocolHandler18.cs)

And then once all of these are done, I plan on designing a blueprint for the separate library.
All of this will take a lot of time.

@milutinke @Adsicmes I’m currently working on improving the pathfinding algorithm, including basic movement and some simple parkour actions. Baritone does explicitly reject slabs in its implementation, but I think we can still support some basic pathfinding around them.
