DNAscent terminates after throwing an instance of 'NegativeLog'

Dear Micheal,
I am running DNAscent within a apptainer with our ONT read data from BrdU/EdU labelled sample. After 72% run, it throws a calculation error.
what would be the reason?
I have appended the error file and the tail end of the output log.
