Missing explanation on Mac desktop

Hey Mark - great work here! The solution with MacOS Outlook Desktop uses a `.body` but doesn't explain that you need `class="body"` on the `<body>` tag. Would be good to add. This might be present on other solutions - haven't done a thorough check.
