Stability Matrix will not install ComfyUI

Hello,

I am dying here. I have been using Stability Matrix for months. Something changed and long story short even a brand new portable mode of Stability Matrix will NOT install ComfyUI, I get the following error message:

I have tons of disk space, I disabled anti-virus, I checked everything I can think of and yet it still fails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's the latest version of Stability Matrix 2.15.6.0 Also Windows 11 Pro version 26200.8037
