There are so many implicit layers these days that by default we may no see the explicit layers while it's not really super useful to control the implicit layers:
Replace the "view" button by a combobox with three options:
- Show only overriden layer
- Show only explicit layers
- Show all layers
In show only explicit layers mode, also add an item "Vulkan Implicit Layers" that can be ordered.
Make the "Show only explicit layers" the default mode.
