Good observation. Actually it was not really intended to support anything but AVR (specifically 328p and 1284p).

it could, try adding spi pins directly in rfm69.cpp:

Replace SPI.begin(); with :
SPI.begin(SCK,MOSI,MISO,CS);

and in rfm69.h:
