Describe the bug
While planning a build, I noticed that the Special Enhancements for Hamidon, Hydra, and Titan that specifically gives the bonuses of 33.3 Endurance Discount, 20% To hit, and 33.3 Defense, are not applying their defense bonuses to abilities. (The specific mods are Enzyme Exposure, Antiprotons, and Zeolite Shard). The Endurance Discount appears to be correctly applying to hit-boosting and defense powers
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Slot any of the mods in question in a defensive or hit-boosting power
Check "Effects" tab for the power, or "Totals" tab for overall stats, and note what has and has not changed.
Expected behavior
Powers Endurance cost/upkeep, defense bonus gained, and/or To-hit bonuses should all be affected, instead of just Endurance costs.
