Improve the CI and testing chapter with concrete GitHub Actions examples #5

@Lling0000

Description

@Lling0000

The guide argues that AI-generated code needs tests and CI guardrails. This section would be stronger with concrete examples.

Possible additions:

  • A minimal GitHub Actions workflow for a typical project.
  • A checklist for reviewing AI-generated code before merge.
  • Examples of tests that catch agent mistakes.
  • Notes on why passing tests is not the same as sufficient review.

Useful location:

  • vibe-coding-guide-en.md
  • vibe-coding-guide-zh.md

This can be contributed incrementally: one small workflow example or checklist is already useful.
