Improve README with local setup, folder structure, and contribution guidelines

The current README provides a good overview of the GO Web Store and its features,
but it lacks clear instructions for new contributors.

I would like to improve the README by adding:

• Step-by-step local development setup instructions
• Browser and PWA requirements
• Folder structure explanation
• Clear contribution workflow for beginners

This will help new contributors understand the project and get started easily.
