Pose control union LORA results in the subjects of control being pixellated while rest of image is sharp

im using : "ltx-2.3-22b-ic-lora-union-control-ref0.5.safetensors for pose control. In the attached vid, everything except the subjects of control is crystal clear. I'm sure this has been solved or setup in such a way that the animation was clear. I've tried making the ref image, ref video, etc same sizes and different control strengths/ Any ideas?
