Review the .examples directory

Maybe, a better way to organize the directory would be to have sub-folders by container technology. For instance:

• Docker (with 2 examples: 1 with CLI and 2 with docker-compose.yml)
• Podman (with 1 example using kube)
• Kubernetes (with 1 production example)
• Openshift (with 1 production example, unless Kubernetes and Openshift can be merged)

I think it's good idea. I created the podman and kubernetes examples. I will PR. They are separate branches, in case you want some changes. But first draft at least. Both work on my systems.
