Get Alpine 3.23+ working again #416
Description
Alpine Linux 3.23 came out the day before the intended Libki 25.12 release, and something caused the container not to deploy in our unit testing step. Locking the Dockerfile.alpine to 3.22 fixed the issue for now, but we don't want to stay stuck forever.
