Guest Login button not appearing until after reboot

Describe the bug
When first installed, the Guest Login button does not appear on the Client until after the PC has rebooted once or twice.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Client with wizard
2. Start Client as desired user
3. Notice lack of 'Login as Guest' option
4. Reboot PC and log back in as desired user
5. Notice presence of 'Login as Guest' option

Expected behavior
This button should be visible after install if that option is enabled in Server
