Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We discussed this one a bit. It may be possible to have Windows during the shutdown process. It that's possible, we should be able to build a batch file that reads the client ini file to get the client name along with the server details. Then we can have the script hit an API endpoint.

In fact, it doesn't need to be a shell script. Compiled C++/Qt or Python/Qt would be reasonable solutions presuming we can trigger an executable at shutdown time.
