Sorry for the late reply! The Achilles_gene_effect_add_ID.csv file is too large to host on GitHub, so we’ve uploaded it to Zenodo instead. I’ll also add a comment in the code to clarify this file’s location. Thanks a lot for pointing this out! 😊
