How do I use this?

Hi!
I came here on a quest to customize the actions that tapping my airpods performs. Specifically, I want to be able to tap to start and stop voice memos with the voice recording app. This codebase seems like a great start.

I'm a programmer, but I don't know a lick of Apple development - how does one install this?
