equation error


I think there is an error in the abyeysuriya model spectrum calculation. 

There are several points where freqs in Hz is used instead of the temporal wavenumber $\omega$

To do: 

- double check the eqs and code
- make sure all calculations are correct
- update in the notebook, and the example params for the interactive plot
- compare numbers against abeysuriya paper / matlab code?
