Remove workaround for solution level dotnet test command.

Workaround as described [here](https://github.com/Microsoft/vstest/issues/1129#issuecomment-344762968) shall be removed as soon as [Microsoft/vstest/#1129](https://github.com/Microsoft/vstest/issues/1129) will be resolved.
