Steam reports

Able to make "reports".

That combine interesting information about a subset of gaming sessions.

Such as:

• "You played 3 different games" this week
• "You played 10 hrs of CS:GO" this week
• "In Januray you've played 24 hrs"
  etc..

The user should be able to create these reports, as templates. So that they can get information of what is interesting to them. In the future, and I mean future; you should be able to share and view other users "report templates". (Much like IFTTT)

The templates can be run automatically, for instance every week/month/year. etc.
The template has filters, for which gaming sessions to include in it's data.
The template should have a customizable event output. (Much like IFTTT)

I've created the core Reporting API's

What remains is support for generating a new report from another, to make it act as a template.
Reports should also be bound on a MyLife user.
Also customizable event output.
