ISBEL Crashes on Launch attempt: NullException

Whenever I try to launch an account with ISBEL, I get this error:

System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

I've tried reinstalling ISBEL, reinstalling Eve, reinstalling Inner Space, and I still get this error.
