Need to document breaking changes

There are a lot of breaking changes in LmcUser vs ZfcUser.

Nothing related to functionality but:

• Change in org namespace
• Change from zfc_user to lmc_uer as a config key
• Change from zfc_ to lmc_ in many class names aliases
• Change in plugin names from zfcUser* to lmcUser*
