Help user know they need XNET driver installed

I'm testing the most recent package to go out and tried loading the J1939 UI Configuration in LabVIEW 2017.

This screen popped up:

reproduced in LV 2014 SP1

I will attempt to reproduce this with the currently released packages to see if it's related to new changes.

install xnet

Works for me!

I wonder if we can get in a special error somehow.
