DNA-Assembler is an opensource machine designed to perform Golden Gate DNA Assembly.
The machine is controled by a RaspberryPi and managed by a web server accessible from any device wirh wifi (SmartPhone, Laptop, etc).
Properties:
- Very Low Cost (estimated amount?)
- Controled by custom web server
- Temperature ranges from X to Y (@25°C)
- Slots to assemble 4 samples at a time
As it doesn't include a hot lid you must use mineal oil to avoid reaction condensation.
