[!NOTE] If you see a black screen instead of the Virtual Machine window/desktop, your connection to the Virtual Machine has timed out.

If you see the Connection Issues? prompt in the lower right-hand corner of your Lab Interface, click Retry Connection.

Otherwise, click the Monitor icon in the top left-hand corner of the Lab Interface, then click Reconnect, as pictured below.
[!knowledge] You may need to attempt to reconnect multiple times before success.
Once you see the Virtual Machine, click Next to proceed.
