Code execution sequence..

Hello, I am new to tensorflow but am studying in LDPC decoding. I am little bit confused with the code execution sequence. In Neural Simplifed MS, I saw that the ldpc decoding part is started before the neural traning part. So, how the weights are updated for decoding after training ? Another this is the BER FER function is not called in the program though that is mentioned in the code.
I could not test the decoder performance without BER FER performance result ? Please help me with this issue.

@zhonghaijing The first conclusion is that I do not know, I tried to write my own test code to use the calc_ber_fer function, the result is not correct curve, it should be my ability is not enough, so I can only give up the use of this code.
