On Obligation Delete page doesn't refresh (schedule)

On http://54.201.135.92/schedule when you delete an obligation from this view the page doesn't reload the change.

looks like a similar problem to the list view deletion

probably best to leave this as a future consideration as it isn't a simple fix and we're past the coding cutoff. Also it doesn't break anything how it is
