Conda support

would it be possible to make the API available through conda?
conda install --channel "kx"

Conda is quite python oriented. So it does not make sense to expose the api there. Also there is already an api for python <=> solace

This was a request from Solace.
Conda was created not to be python specific, but has often been used for python related dev (but no exclusive to it). KX/etc already use it for non-python tasks.
This is not high on current priorities.
