Not sure what makes the syslog file formats different, but our project's syslog format looks like this.

I noticed that the extension works when I move INFO to the front of the upper log line.

Is there any workaround for this case?

which of TC components provides this log format? and TC version, 14?
other log levels also placed in this manner?
