hello, I wanted to find out my mouse sensitivity in R6 but the hotkey Alt + does not work but all other hotkeys. What's going on? Can someone help me?

is your ALT key bound in your game to "free look", that happened to me in PUBG. Temporarily unbinding the ALT key in your game should allow your character to do a full revolution
