Add new processing trigger #19
Description
Currently, a processing script is only triggered if a timestamp of an indicator is missing for all spatial units. In daily practice with many indicators and processing scripts this is not sufficient. As soon as errors occur for individual spatial units or data for a new spatial unit is to be calculated, all the time slices for all spatial units must always be deleted. It would be great if a trigger based on missing timestamp/spatialUnit combination would also be possible here.
