Max Health with Spikes causes damage when relogging #13

1.20.1 Forge, Specifically in compatibility with Tinkers Construct. I'm using jeweled apples hearty modification on armor to offset the max health reduction done by hemalurgic spikes. When I log off and rejoin the world I take 8 health / 4 hearts of damage, assumedly from the game loading the max health reduction from the spikes before applying the armor health.
