[Vetting Mode] Disable sequence/pulse annotations and bounding box tools #285
Description
Background:
Vetting is file-level only; advanced annotation tools should be disabled to reduce complexity and match NA Bat style.
Requirements (Data Task Checklist):
- Hide or disable sequence annotations.
- Hide or disable pulse annotations.
- Hide or disable bounding box tools.
Acceptance criteria:
- Reviewers cannot access advanced annotation tools in vetting mode.
- File-level labeling remains available.
