feat(Detection): Resolution Detection

Needed to mirror screenFetch functionality.

Detect current resolution.

Needs:
- [ ] Linux/BSD/UNIX resolution detection (Xorg/Wayland/???)
- [ ] Windows resolution detection
- [ ] macOS resolution detection
- [ ] Shorthand logic
- [ ] Testing (will need testers or dedicated VM testing)
