(feat) Add/remove project owner

Be able to add an owner to a project through the UI. The scope of this is exclusively:

1. when looking at a project page there will be a option to add owner
2. the input field will allow you to enter emails of other users (or remove active users)
3. submit

Project will be saved with you and the specified emails as owners.
