[BUG] Create Task Navigates to black screen, opting user to restart the app

Bug Description

This bug occurs after creating tasks, it navigate to black screen. tested on create new dialog tasks.
This is only confirmed on desktop windows 10 architecture.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to home, tasks, projects
2. click create new tasks
3. create a tasks
4. will get navigated to a blackscreen

Expected Behavior

After creating a task, it should just close the dialog and reload the screen or see the newly created tasks on the screen.
