• Log verifications. Log the user and the cell number. Provide a meta data point that the verification was correct (Yes / No) and log it. (i.e. Did the person receive the code on their cell?)
• Each time a cell # is provided, show history for that cell #. Did this cell # call in recently? Why need to reset password again?
• Admin panel for managing who has access to use this system. Currently, it's anyone with a @kt.com email address.
• Provide a button after successful verbal verification of code to automatically reset common passwords for the user (gmail, O365, AD, etc) and provide documentation for those that need to be done manually.
• Allow additional meta data on the page for enhanced reporting. Log the person's name and company and Ticket #.
• Require entering a ticket # (name and company can be dynamically merged if necessary) with Data Validation.

Let me know if you need help with the Autotask portion. We absolutely have support for custom deep-links with stuff like phone numbers and ticket numbers. We use it for IT Glue and a few other things as it is.

Will this strictly be using OAuth, or will SAML support be added (SAML is the AuthAnvil preferred auth method, which is nice since it allows more granular security and RBAC that is auditable).
