[WiinUPro/WiinUSoft] Unable to find/pair devices at all

Hey there!
Both WiinUSoft and Pro were working fine before last year. I was able to find and pair my controlles just fine.
However at some point it looks like this functionality has been lost and no longer works.

I have the latest version of both programs but on the "Pair" tab, nothing shows up, even thought it would work before.

I have both a fake and real Wii U Pro Controller and neither show up, but they do work on my Wii U.

Anything i can logcat to help track down the issue I'd be more than happy to provide or assist.

I have thus far done anything from removing the old, paired devices, removing both programs, and (today) installing the new updates.

Upon further investigation, it seems the program is INDEED gathering and successfully connecting them to my computer. But then its unable to show them on the program itself. both on Soft and Pro. it just behaves as if nothing is being found, but I can confirm that even after deleting the Bluetooth devices, the second i press the red button and press pair on the program to search for controllers, the bluetooth devices are added to my bluetooth list (unlike in other instances where they'd requrest for a PIN).

The workaround is to use Dolphin Emulator with the continuous scanning enabled to connect Wiimotes, once they are paired, you can start WiinUPro
