GitHub Code Scanning connector should link back to GitHub

Currently the only reference back to GitHub is in the Identifier, but it's unclear how to get to the alert inside GitHub.

For example, a code scanning Identifier of
"GitHubCodeScanning 41"
Should be
<REPO_URL>/security/code-scanning/41
