Chat has some weird colors that cannot be changed

When chat processor is installed on my server and player writes anything on team chat or global chat, everything is automatically moved global chat and the message has some weird green and blue colors that I can't change in anyway in config

I edited the config to something like this hoping it would fix the issue but this does nothing

Problem exists both on default config setting and my edited one.
When I remove all of the Chat Processor files from the server, everything works as intended and has normal colors (although I can't use HexTags plugin that I need, I checked if he is causing the issue by removing it completely but the problem still exists)

update: I did this bizzare thing with the config and it partially fixed the problem, but only for CT-side players. All the other groups are still affected by this bug
