Billy stopped adding to tasks

I have done the following steps:

1. in the issue Can't log in on the dashboard #18 wrote the comment @octobilly 5
2. got emoji 😕, because there was no balance. Deleted this comment.
3. wrote another comment @octobilly 3
4. got the emoji 😕 again. This comment also deleted
5. wrote the third comment, @octobilly 1

Emoji 😕 did not appear on this comment. Moreover, any emojis stopped appearing on any other comments in other tasks. And such tasks no longer appear on the dashboard.
