pinned_libs does not exist

The compilation instructions say to use
opam install --deps-only pinned_libs/default
However, opam complains those are not a valid file or directory.

I can find those files in c54ade4, but they are not currently found on the default branch's head.

They are not up-to-date

With the new opam for windows, there is no need for different pinned_libs according to the OS

I’ll update the doc to replace by opam install --deps-only .
