Huge freeze

Steps to reproduce

be in space and burn or set up maneuver mode

Observed

When i was in space doing maneuver mode and burning to go on duna, i had HUGE freeze, live several dozens of second up to a minute, including one when i was forced to close the game with task manager. This never happened to me before the last beta 4

Expected

no freeze

I 100% sure i've never had that bug before the last beta 4 or in stock

Game version: 0.2.3.0.101629-internal (commit 27d5a5ff)

My GPU drivers weren't updated, did a GPU driver update. I still have freezes that i didn't had before beta 4, but the GPU drivers update reduced it greatly
But still have some huge freeze sometimes

I have same problem at Dune. Driver update did not made some visible changes. Which version of game exactly did you have with NO lags ? Maybe I will try to use it.

I had no lag with the beta 3 version ( https://github.com/KSP2Redux/Redux/releases/tag/v0.2.3.0-beta%2B727ccf96 )

My save of landing at Leit is attached. (I sent save of Duna to dev's but I deleted it from my PC)

Huge lags starts around altitude of 20km.

I tried Latest Beta 4 HF 1 and proposed Beta 3 HF 1 - I don't see any difference. (ignoring the warning of version mismatch)

PS: Same as it was at Duna, at the moment of lag appear - the terrain/land of the planet changes the visual effects,
I don't know if it's connected issues, just an observation - planet blinks (changes the visual) and same time lags apear.

Same time, I loaded it in the original game and it's almost no lags, just a small fps drop starts around altitude of 20km.
