Add option to select video resolution/quality

Is there a way of choosing a lower resolution instead of always downloading the highest possible?

For example, if there is a stream with the available resolutions: 4K, 1080p, 720p, 540p... and i want to download in 720p.

If there's a lot of need for it, I'll consider

Not really a strong requirement, it would just make it easier to manage disk space when data hoarding.
