Subject: [PATCH] docs(brand): laurel "Cesar's Kranz" mark in the README hero

The laurel-wreath A (a Caesar's laurel, echoing the Cesar orchestrator)
now serves as the "A" in the AGON hero banner: lighter-weight GON beside
it and more breathing room for the tagline. Add standalone assets/agon-mark.svg.
