Scrape old coder radio episodes from `jupiterbroadcasting.com`

Coder Radio episodes 1-54 are not on the Fireside website (https://coder.show) or in the RSS feed (also by Fireside). They are present on jupiterbroadcasting.com, however there are some issues with some of them there:

• Some links have unnecessary prefix. For example, https://www.jupiterbroadcasting.com/%22http://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp3/traffic.libsyn.com/jbmirror/cr-0010-mp3.mp3/%22
• Some links (even when prefix is extracted) are broken. For example, http://www.podtrac.com/pts/redirect.mp3/traffic.libsyn.com/jbmirror/cr-0010-mp3.mp3 returns 404 Error
  • Seems like all episodes below 40 (not including) have broken links (I'm not entirely sure about it since I haven't checked each link, just some random ones here and there)
• Show notes:
  • Different structure than newer episodes (doesn't matter much I guess, can still be converted into markdown)
  • Links are prefixed with https://jupiterbroadcasting.com/ like the mp3 link above - makes them not work
  • Some links to feedback (slexy) are broken - not sure what to do with those?

Maybe all these episodes should be created manually for the new site.

Maybe remove https://www.jupiterbroadcasting.com/%22 at the beginning and /%22 from the end and maybe add frontmatter like broken: true or something like that. We could later try to automatically fetch missing content from archive.org. I encountered the same issues and that was my plan to do it.

This also happens with older Jupiter Broadcasting Shows.
